Biografija

Ognjen Riđić, rođen je 1973. godine u Sarajevu. Osnovnu i srednju školu završio je sa odličnim uspjehom i primjernim vladanjem u Varešu. Diplomirao je 2004. godine, Poslovne finansije na Fakultetu za poslovnu administraciju Univerziteta u Konektikatu (UCONN), Sjedinjene Američke Države (SAD), a potom je magistrirao u menadžmentu i organizacijskom vođstvu (sa prosjekom 3.79 na 4.00 skali), sa pohvalama na Albertus Magnus College (AMC), u državi Konektikat (CT), SAD, 2010. godine. Doktorirao je na Univerzitetu u Zenici, 2013. godine.

Ognjen Riđić izabran je u zvanje vanrednog profesora na Fakultetu menadžmenta i javne uprave (FBA) Internacionalnog univerziteta u Sarajevu (IUS), 20. februara 2019. godine, na kojem je 31. decembra 2024. godine izabran i u zvanje redovnog profesora. Uspješno je obavljao funkciju koordinatora studijskog programa Menadžment (MAN) na Fakultetu menadžmenta i javne uprave (FBA) Internacionalnog univerziteta u Sarajevu (IUS) od 2015. do 2017. godine.

Istraživačka područja profesora Ognjena Riđića obuhvataju menadžment, organizaciono ponašanje, liderstvo, menadžersku psihologiju, sociologiju, osobine ličnosti, motivaciju, menadžment u zdravstvu, kao i lično financijsko upravljanje tj. financijsku pismenost.

Autor/koautor je dvije objavljene knjige sa ISBN brojem, indeksirane u relevantnim naučnim bazama podataka, kao i 15 poglavlja knjiga od kojih su 10 objavljene u CERES A i CERES B kategorijama (Elsevier, Springer, Francis-Taylor, Emerald, itd.). Uspješno je mentorisao 2 studenta doktorskog studija i 12 magistranata.

Profesor Ognjen Riđić predstavlja veliki naučni potencijal i značajan kapital za dalji razvoj savremenog menadžmenta. Sa velikim uspjehom dizajnira, efikasan, kontinuiran i kvalitetan studij na odsjeku Ekonomije, Menadžmenta i Međunarodnog poslovanja i finansija Internacionalnog Univerziteta u Sarajevu.

Njegovi naučni radovi su visokog naučnog dometa, koje znalački aplicira i potvrđuje u praksi i kroz nastavnu aktivnost. Također, kao nacionalni BiH menadžer ili ko-menadžer, učestvovao je u izradi 9 velikih domaćih i međunarodnih akademskih istraživačkih projekata.

Profesor Riđić je postigao istraživački indeks od 1.377,1 na Research Gate (RG) akademskoj bazi podataka sa h-indeksom od 12 (isključujući samo-citiranje), kao i 1.125 citata na Google znalcu (Google Scholar) i h-indeksom od 13.

Profesor Ognjen Riđić bio je autor/koautor preko 50 naučnih publikacija: od toga 25 radova u časopisima indeksiranim u svjetski referentnoj Science Citation Index (SCI) SCImago akademskoj bazi podataka, od kojih su 11 u Q1/Q2 SCImago rangu (6 Q1 i 5 Q2), od kojih je najrangiraniji SCImago Q1 Scientific Reports žurnal imao H-Index od 347, uključujući i 15 poglavlja u knjigama (od kojih je 10 poglavlja u ‘A’ i ‘B’ kategoriji CERES liste Elsevier, Springer, Francis-Taylor, Emerald, World Scientific).
